Recently built, this winery has been conceived to facilitate all the manufacturing inside. The grapes that arrive in the winery, after the stemmer, they are carried in the air-conditioned wine fermenters. This let us to control the temperatures and the remounting during all the fermentative cycle. All the controls in stage of alcoholic fermentation, let alone the remounting, are completely programmed by sophisticated electronic boards which allows to keep constant temperatures and remountings that let to extract and exalt all the grapes’ characteristic. The capacity of the inox steel thanks get over 1.500 hl each for the fermentation and the storage.. |

Even this room, though underground and quiet, is constantly checked in temperature and moistness, to guarantee to the wine a comfortable permanency in the barriques. |

The bottling is carried out directly into the farm with the machineries that are in the packaging room. The wine is subsequently refined in bottle before being placed in the market. The duration of the refining in bottle is decided time by time, but not less then 6 months. This is mainly due to the wine characteristics, that can change from year to year. |
