If you come from Siena, go on in the Cassia
regional road 2 (S.R.2.); turn for Torrenieri
and cross the town centre. About 300 meters out
of the town, turn left and follow the sign
Podere Giardini.*
If you come from Montalcino, follow the signs
for Torrenieri. When you will arrive in the
industrial area Asso, follow the signs for Siena
and then the exit for Torrenieri. When you will
arrive to the stop in the town centre, turn
right. About 300 meters out of the town, turn
left and follow the sign Podere Giardini.*
If you come from S. Quirico d’Orcia, in the S.R.2.
Cassia, go straight for Siena till Torrenieri
exit. When you will arrive to the stop in the
town center, turn right. About 300 meters out of
the town, turn left and follow the sign Podere
Giardini.*
If you come from S. Quirico d’Orcia in the old
S.R.2 Cassia, turn right in the last straight
before arriving in the Torrenieri centre and
then follow the signs for Podere Giardini.*
If you come from S. Giovanni d’Asso, go on till
arriving to the stop in the town centre and turn
left. About 300 meters out of the town, turn
left again and follow the sign Podere Giardini.*
*From now starts a dirt road that you will have
to cover for about 2,5 km before arriving into
the farm. During this road there are some
branches that arrive in some farms: these have
to be avoided turning always left and taking
care in not going in the first farm’s court,
left situated. To the end of the wood (that
skirts the last part of the road, that has to be
cover in uphill) you will find a long building
on the left: the second flight of steps belongs
to Citille di Sopra farm.
