It is produced with Sangiovese grapes and is wine made with traditional methods hand downed from generation to generation. The alcoholic fermentation of this wine express the Sangiovese grapevine qualities. However, peel soakings is avoided the: in this way we can obtain a product with less aggressive tannins, so the wine after some months is softer and round. It is of middle structure and served at 18°C matched with main course dishes, meat and cheeses both fresh and seasoned seconds dishes.
