Almost all the farm’s vineyards have been recently planting, this has permitted to locate, after company experimentations, both the best zones and the varieties to stick with, to obtain the best results.
For the plant only wood posts has been used: for this reason the environmental impact on the territory has been reduced to the minimum, almost wanting to model the hills enriching them. The rammed cord is the only type of breeding used in this farm. It permits to limit the productions and then to increase the fruit quality which is assigned to the production to the Montalcino’s Brunello. This do not rule out the possibility that in particularly productive years, the grapes’ load, present in every vine, will be unburned, concentrating all the grapes’ characteristics, that, with careful fermentation, are exalted at the best. The line direction follows almost always the hill course. This is a benefit for all the mechanical works that the plants need.

Great attention has been paid to the vine physiological status, with a lot of tests both on the plants and the soil: all the nutritional values, that plants need, are controlled. Naturally, the good health of the plants, let us to reduce to the minimum all the preventive and curative treatments. So we take in winery an healthy product with few chemical agents, considering that the great part of used product is assigned to the biological agriculture.
